Retrofit 3 point seat belt (1 Viewer)

Greetings all,
I need to retrofit 3 point seat belt on central seat in the middle row- FZJ80 1997.
I know that there is a thread about that problem but I just can't find it. I am in a process of mild restoration and it is a good point to address that particular problem due to my three under 5yo kids. Overlap belt is just not good enough for child seats or child boosters.
Any help will do.
