man that black looks sweet on most 60's but on brown?

tapage...who made that sweet bumper?

I've been kicking around the idea of repainting the grill and light bezels, but I'm not sold on the blackout look on the brown cruisers. I'm trying to track down the modern Toyota gray. The base tundra's front and rear bumpers are dark gray, I'm trying to find the color code for that. seems like Toyota is keeping that info top secret, seeing I cannot find any reference to the color existing.

mine is so faded that i can't even tell what the original front grill should look like.

i definately want the original look though.

do you have to have the chrome re dipped or something?

ME .. :D it's very easy, 4x4 channel 2 cuts, good welder ( this one is not me :D ) and some paint ..

I never liked the chrome grills, so I "restored" my chrome grill by purhasing a used OEM non-chrome("black painted" in the SOR catalog)grill and headlight doors and damn, they look better than the chrome ones, IMO. Only thing I've ever done to the car for cosmetic reasons only.

Black Grill....:grinpimp:
