Hello Jason, This is James and I just ordered mine yesterday via the web. I plan on anodizing mine and got a couple questions:
1. What alloy are these so I can let my anodizer know?
2. You said you did a hard anodize on the one pictured above, is it safe to assume you called out MIL-A-8625, Type III, Class 2, black?

Super, yes then it’s type 3 or as I wrote it out in case others wish to do the same and need the MIL callout.
