Does anyone know if the 96-97 LX seat covers from LSeat can be used in an 96 LC? I prefer the seams on the LX style (doesn't have those separate "strips" of leather across the seat backs and bottoms). The way the LX seat covers are sewn is more comfortable (yea, yea, I know- The Princess and the Pea). But, seriously- I can tell you from experience that on a long trip those kind of things contribute significantly to driver fatigue. As far as I know they should just swap, does anyone know for sure?
And is there a difference in the foam underneath? I haven't taken off the covers yet so I'm not sure what I'm going to find; I figure if I'm going to go through trouble it might be worth it to replace the foam at the same time .... Y'know- "while you're there"....
I'm wondering if anyone has done or seen the two-tone with the grey interior? Other cars I've seen using two-tone leather have the contrasting stitching as well. Since FloridaFJ80 posted about his business on the thread, I hope he doesn't mind me borrowing one of his pics to show what I'm referring.Does anyone know if the 96-97 LX seat covers from LSeat can be used in an 96 LC?
