Replacing rear with sliding glass window in 79

I am interested in replacing my rear fixed glass with a sliding glass window in my 79. What are the cons? Would the new rubber beading leak? Also, where can I get one from?

Dear Sam,

You should be able to pick an off the shelf standard split window from a second hand dealer of Toyota Spares as this window comes for the Canter lorries as well in SL. The Rubber chreading will have to be done locally at a wind shield shop. They do a decent job.
