Replacing License Plate Light Assembly - Help (1 Viewer)

I looked on the site and online for process to replace the taglight assembly, could not find it. My lights are corroded and need to replace light harness. Is this affixed by bolts or screws? Do I have to access from tailgate or is this a simple pressure fit?

Im expecting the newbie salute if I missed this simple procedure somewhere.

I figured it out had to pull off carpet on tailgate and unscrew access panel to install. There are 3 10mm nuts holding it in place. Glad I changed it was in bad shape dropped in some LED's and she's all good.
