Replacing front quarter window glass (1 Viewer)

Search didn't turn up what I needed, so turning to the mud community.

Old style 2 peice doors, need to get new glass into the front quater window, but don't know how to take off the arm which holds the window closed and also goes through a hole in the glass.

Anyone have any info/ ideas?

Already had to panel beat this frame straight as whoever took it out just pulled.

Drive this pin out and it comes off. Believe it’s a tapered pin.

Awesome. Thanks. I looked for a pin but couldn't find on the other one, maybe there's a layer of paint hiding it. Will look and see. Thanks!!
 
Well, it fought me, alot, but managed to win in the end without breaking anything!
