Replacing DVD Headrests (1 Viewer)

I would like to replace my DVD headrests (Grey) with stock (Non DVD headrests). What's the best option to do this, and if anyone would like to swap, let me know. Thank you.

Are they affixed somehow differently than normal?

A swap would be great for someone with the matching color. If you're asking how to remove them, you just depress the little button on the one side of each head rest (at the bottom trim around the legs) and lift up. To install, do the opposite.
