Replacement remote recommendation for 99 landcruiser (1 Viewer)

I ordered a replacement key from ebay part number " T LAND 4C" and I was able to get the ignition works but not the keyless entry. I am wondering If anyone can share one that works for 99 landcruiser? I read some ebay reviews and it looks like a lot of 99 owners complained it did not work. I was able get in the program mode until the door switch cycle once but when I press lock and unlock at same time it did not do anything.

I used the "T LAND 4C" keys from Amazon and the keyless entry worked with my 99 LC. It's been a few years, but I do remember the steps to get the keyless entry to work were challenging... but did eventually work. This was the video/steps I used to program the keyless entry on my 99.
