I'm looking to rebuild my injectors and can't find much info on the nozzles themselves. My 2H engine is a late model (post-84) and as far as I can tell these are slightly different than the early 2H nozzles, which I've seen for sale on Aussie ebay.

Anyone got a line on these? Sorry if I missed it in the parts sticky post.

For injectors I would go through ebay australia. talk roodogs spare parts, or to privateparts4x4-both are on ebay and great to deal with. shipping is fast and reasonable, and I have yet to get a wrong part.

cheers,
jan

Thanks, Jan.

I've sent them both messages and will post back to the board if I can track down the parts. Would you happen to know if the nozzles for post '84 2H engines are actually different from the earlier models?

I don't know, but if you type 2h diesel into ebay, it will give 2 sets, the early to 11/84, the late till 1/90. Same if you go to roodogs spares (http://stores.ebay.com/ROODOGS-4WD-SPARES_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZQ2d999QQftidZ2QQtZkm) or privateparts4wd (http://stores.ebay.com/Private-Parts-4WD).
both are great to deal with.

I saw those but it looks like they're the complete injectors instead of just the nozzles. I might still go for them since it couldn't hurt to have an extra set.

Thanks!

I ordered a set (pre-1984) from eBay seller "Krazy-Kritters".

They arrived a week after I ordered them. They were very clean and I installed them in my HJ47 this past weekend. Eveything works great.

The price for the whole set on eBay was cheaper or the same price as having mine rebuilt. I didn't want to take the truck apart until I had the injectors in order to minimize down time.

Now I'm not sure what to do with my old injectors...

Thanks again for the tip, Jan. I picked up a set of injectors from privateparts4x4 and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I let him know you referred me, too.
