replace carriage/round head bolts (1 Viewer)

So I'v searched at least 2 dozen threads on these damn bolts, but non of them mention the size of them. I got them off and want to replace them, but they seem to be bigger then M12, and M16 seems too big! for some strange reason all the places in Australia only sell M12 and M16?

Are they really M14? Any one in Aus found a good replacement for them!

Are you referring to the chrome round head square bolt that is in the original bumpers? Toyota Part # 90112-12041
