I second the http://techinfo.toyota.com/, I spent the better part of 2-3 hours downloading and am still organizing the files. For $10.00 it is a deal.
its worthless .. i just spent 10 bucks without any benefit .. when you doen loads the file .. they are without any names .. numbers .. only if you will rename every file one by one .. in the end .. i will purchace the book .. here is my account info. .. any body ..

That site is useful for US spec land cruisers, but for the land cruisers we have it is not very helpful; especially in your case with the I6 engine. If you happen to locate a place that sells manuals relevant to the LC's we have in the gulf let me know..

I downloaded 1400 files 4 months ago and am happy for what I got, grabbed all I could which I thought would translate for Australian cruisers, and it has helped me lots. (no diesel info) I had read a previous post about it and how to organise folders befoere starting, and yes I had to rename them, like everybody else, but that was mainly after I downloaded, although I just went to the site and had a look, but someone else had used you details and it would not let me download, and it appears to have changed somewhat, maybe harder to organise??
I'm thinking about to buy a $50 subscription for a month, but would like to hear others experiences of the site lately.
Anyone know if there was ever a 2003 LX470 factory manual printed? All I've seen are 2002 and 2004 manuals (3 books total: vol 1 & 2, plus electrical volume). This makes me wonder which of the two would cover an '03?
Ther was a couple of them on ebay recently that I was "thinking" about! (only prob was petrol engine instead of diesel)
I jumped on the techinfo site before it ran out and pulled some more files, my setup is a bit slow, once I upgrade I will tak out another subscription and get some more.
