Repainted the Side Trim (1 Viewer)

When I bought my LC, the main blemish with the outside was the side trim pieces. It looks like this all the way around.

I masked it off with 3m painter's tape and newspaper for overspray. Don't be stingy with the newspaper because the overspray is always more than you expect.

Then sanded with fine grit sandpaper and then extra fine. I then hit it with compressed air and cleaned it off with rubbing alcohol. Proceeded to paint it with Duplicolor flat black automotive spray paint.

Looks so much better and it only cost me about $5. Being that the LC is green, having black trim is nothing too bold.

Consider doing the whole piece! I've never seen one before but I bet it'd look pretty nice.
