Is the procedure the same as removing the front inner panel?

Yup they’re exactly the same, undo all the bolt around the edges, 3 pushing type tabs, a screw behind the door lever, and there’s a hidden bolt under the window switch. Remove the window switch by prying the front and pulling up to reveal the screw. After that, pull the door panel towards you and lift up.
