Removing oil pan, engine in truck (1 Viewer)

Stout (Lite)... any advice on dropping the oil pan with the engine in the truck? It seems I'll need to disconnect the steering arms to get enough room.
Is there any other way? And if not any advice on the least I'll need to pull apart to get it out?

FYI I disconnected steering arm at the pitman and at the driver's side (USA) wheel and it was able to be removed.
