Removing HVAC blend Motor (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

my HVAC blend door motor is bad (the blend door actuator) . I'm going about removing it but it's very snug and the space is very limited. Has anyone replaced theirs? What should I remove or how do I go about it?

It's under the passenger footwell to the left

Did you end up replacing it? I'm looking for the same part and would love to know the part number - from speaking to my mechanic I think the dash needs to come out to replace it.
