I would like to sand blast and powder coat my rusty seat tracks. I was able to remove the outboard one by yanking it with a controlled pull towards (I didn't loose the bearings 
) )
But the other inboard side does not want to come out at all. Any tips, hints? Electrical seats.
In this photo two of the rails are removed, in my case I also removed the 4 bolts securing the complete assembly but still cant pull the inboard one out, neither pulling forward or rear.
