I own 8 registered vehicles, so no, I don't know all of the plate numbers off-hand. Do you carry all of your vehicle information with you when you're out of town for a couple of days?

Car thieves should be treated like horse thieves. Don't bother with clubs, I cut the steering wheel on my land cruiser with 6 pushes on a hack saw, bend the wheel and pull off the club. Hidden kill is a great idea heartening to see a helpful crew. Good luck in the search

I just got a call from the Albuquerque Police Department a half hour ago, they recovered my stolen 4-Runner in the Northeast Heights. My son is driving it back to his house as we speak. No damage, and the receiver hitch bike rack was still there, as were my son's personal belongings. I appreciate everyone's keeping their eyes out. The vehicle was dropped off in a residential neighborhood about 10 miles from my son's house.
