There are a few good shops in Portland I've heard of: Landcruisers Northwest and Landcruiser Specialties.

I haven't dealt with LCNW, but Jim at LC Specialties is a great guy.

I have been going to Matt and Tony at LCNW for 18+ years and they do great work. Definitely worth a call to them.
