Just rebuilt a 1hz 80 series transfer case, really the whole box. Then the speedo stopped working and it was determined the input had worn, so a new one was installed, it lasted a couple hundred km before no speedo. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this sort of thing.
I asked some questions from the shop, but he could not describe why it had failed so quickly, he suggested I get the box checked cause he said the interface looked worn?
Any help would be appreciated.
