rebuilt motor question

had motor professionally rebuilt by my local engine shop. I have aprox. 300 miles on new motor. Sunday morning started truck notice knocking in the engine . took off valve cover and notice number 2 and 5 rocker was really hot and not getting oil. I think when he reassemble the rocker arms he did not align the oil holes with those in the arms . am i right or wrong on this .

Do you think they disassembled the rocker assy?

yes because it had a factory defect . the #2 rocker push rod was rubbing against the wall so i had him machine the # 2 rocker so the push rod was center of the hole

Middle rocker support is the oil feed. Tops of the rockers supports should have a funnel pattern on top, funnel should drain towards the front. The manual shows a front on the rocker shaft but no ID.
