Can you replace just the pivot on the rear wiper assembly?

Here is the parts diagram. Not sure what you mean by pivot.

Pivot meaning the actual threaded part that goes through the rear hatch that the wiper arm attaches to. The threads pulled off the shaft so the wiper arm will not tighten. Looks like in the exploded view the pivot is part of the motor assembly.

It is. You'll have to buy a new motor in this case, unless you can get a new nut and run a die down the threaded shaft (whoa) to try to restore the threads a bit. I've managed to save an occasional nut and/or bolt this way, only I use thread chasers when I can.
