An issue I've had since I converted my FJ62 to manual windows all around is that on the rear doors if you go to roll the window all the way down, when the glass gets to about an inch from being completely inside the door the hand crank sort of "unlatches" and free-spins. Any one else had this issue? Is the regulator just a tooth or two off?

Window regulator may be worn out. I don't think it could be a tooth or two off. When this part of the regulator wears the rolling of the window gets sloppy. Installed this side of the regulator will face the outside of the door. You'll have to pull the regulator to check it.
