rear windo gasket? (1 Viewer)

ok the gasket or what ever it is the goes between the door and the window i think the window glass slides in it. how does that go in? is it all one piece all around the window? how hard is it to replace? mines missing the whole front side and the window rattles madly if its more then half down.
