Rear wind deflector fasteners. (1 Viewer)

When I bought my 03 100 series LC it was missing the rear air deflector, and like everyone else I can't find a replacement.
I see some rust color coming from the fasteners so I planned to remove them to make sure it's all sealed but all they do is spin. I removed the moulding on the inside to see if there is a nut in the back, but it is totally blind so it must be a sheet metal screw. I tried again to removed it with upward pressure but still no luck. Does anyone know what kind of fastener I'm dealing with?

Mine had a tangle with a kayak on the roof when I opened the lift gate like an idiot. Anyone have one that they don't want or have any luck finding this part? Everywhere I look online says that the part is discontinued. I'm talking about the black plastic wind deflector, not the whale tail style...
