Rear swing out for bike tray (1 Viewer)

I am in the market for a rear bumper with tire carrier and accessory swing outs. I am wanting to see what others have done for carrying a bike tray. My ideal setup would be a swing out that had an additional receiver hitch so that I could attach my 1UP USA bike tray and still have it swing out of the way. Has anyone done or seen something similar? How are you mounting bike trays?

I think 4x4Labs sells a bike rack swing out, but have never seen it before. Might be something to look into.

I have one, I welded it up, there’s a pic in the “what you did this weekend” thread somewhere, but it just swings off to the left, nothing fancy.
