I turned some spacers for the rear of my 100 using 2" nylon i had laying around. I have attached the drawing, 3D model, and photos. I ended up with around 1.75 of lift.

I have a set of Slee 30mm spacers sitting in my basement. If nobody gets back to you today, I'll measure them when I get home from work.
