Rear Sill Help! (1 Viewer)

So I've exhausted my internet research and before I start making phone calls to various pro restorers, I figured I would see what the community had to say:

I am looking to replace my rear sill on my 1980 BJ43 FST Non-USA. The sill is smooth and does not have the provisional indents for doors and latch plate. Most 43 series I can find (FJco has the most) have the smooth version, haven't seen a 40 series with it. Below is a visual of what I mean. Anyone make this? Every replacement sill I find for 79-84 have the indents. Thanks!!
