Rear Locker "Clunk" When Engaging (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys,

While engaging the rear locker this weekend, I heard a loud clunk then the light stoped blinking. From what I remember, it wasnt that loud.

I just upgraded to 4.88s, so I had to pull the thirds. What Im leading to is, does the gear oil get up to the locker collar ?

If you look at the diff from the rear, the full plug is just below the middle of the diff housing.

If you listen closely, the cluck when disengaging as well... It has always done it.

I personally wouldnt worry about it. Mine got very little use before I bought my truck and make a very audible (at least to me) metallic click noise. Happens especially when disengaging, but I hear it on engage as well.
