I was looking at my cruiser the other day and thought, what if I swapped my rear leafs end for end? Would that move my rear axle back and by how much? What do you guys think? It seems as though FJ40 rear wheels are uncentered in the wheel well...at least mine appear to be too far forward. I figure I can move the rear wheel back about 3" maybe 4". I'm running 33s. Let me know.

3.5"

will require driveshaft lengthening, shock mount changes, bumpstop changes, brake line adjustments, and even in SUA configuration, a wrap bar is recommended.

Oh, and fenderwell trimming.

(SEARCH on "rear spring" and you'll find lots too...)
