Is it a sign that your rear bearings are loose when your dowel pins wiggle out?( I just tapped them back in for now)

As long as the hub nut and cone washer at tight you should be fine.

It should have been like in the front where the hub locker cap the dowel pin. One pin was missing on one of my rear hub. Made one tighter. The pin goes quite deep in the hub, something like12mm
