Question: Has anyone used the rear heater tubing (when bypassed) to run wires from engine compartment to interior? Or am I delusional thinking that it should be possible.
 
There’s got to be a easier way
The start and stop points are not ideal plus it seems like it would be hard too get the wires through the tubes.
You know about the little valley’s that run under the door jams right?

No familiar with the valleys. I'll search.

Run them through the rubber grommet on the driver's side that (IIRC) is meant for the clutch master cylinder. There's also one on the passenger side. If you want to do it right, get a proper "cable gland" grommet/boot. "Cable gland" always sounds so gross to me...

I assume that "valleys" refers to the sunken channels running down each side of the passenger compartment floor. Just remove the plastic trim at the bottom of the door jamb and lift up the edge of the carpet. I think I've got a 2/0 welding cable running down my passenger side.
