Rear Heater Foam Grommet (1 Viewer)

I'm in the midst of an interior upgrade, doing sound deadening and new carpet thanks to @dnp. I pulled the rear heater up to clean it out (full of PO's dog hair...or PO's hair) and the foam grommet for the rear floor entry disintegrated. I've looked at part diagrams for the heater piping but cannot find the part number for this, anyone know where to look for this part or part number?

The part number won't help you. It's no longer available new. Anything soft or plastics inside the cabin was discontinued by Toyota over a decade ago.
Hard to imagine a different company making a copy of that obscure thing.
Maybe look for some suitable foam at McMaster Carr and see if you can shape it to fit.

I think it comes as part of the rear air duct, but I'm not sure. That duct is NLA from toyota anyway. I would get some closed cell foam and just cut a new piece.

That looks suspiciously like the heater line grommet on the firewall
