rear hatch glass squirter mabob

I bonked it and it is loose...how do I access the back side of the rubber nubbin mabobber to replace the clip or fastener, or replace it outright. I apologize for all of the sophisticated and technical lingo....

I think it pops in there only from the front. My tends to pop out if I brush against it. I just pop it back in. I could be wrong though.

So I think to make it fit tight again you would need a new one.
