Has anyone replaced/ built there own rear fixed spring hangers? I want to replace these on mine I have repaired both sides once and think it's time for something a bit beefier. it's the non-shackle side of the rear spring.

I just finished mine. Made them out of some 3/8 angle and plate. The hardest part was getting everything squared up under the frame. There's few angles going on there.

I think Proffitts, Ruffstuff, etc makes aftermarket ones.

I'll try to get a picture for you.

I've got 'em tacked on for now. I've learned to never weld anything up until I'm 100% satisfied with it. I still need to gusset it. Not sure whether to fully box or just do plain triangle ones. They're not pretty, but they were basically free. :D

Those look pretty good. Did you put the plate on frame rail?

Yes. I had a set all welded up with gussets and painted, then had to cut it all back off. That's why the scab plates have a little surface rust.
