Rear Electronic Differential Button ? (1 Viewer)

Good morning,

Sorry for the super green question I'm about to pose. Is this the rear electronic differential button for a LX 470? I did not see the usual dial knob found in Land Cruisers.

That's the center diff lock. It puts your truck in true 4wd with a 50% power split between the front and rear axles.

I was under the impression that Lexus did away with this and provided rear electronic locking differentials for 98 and 99 models.

Nope, the LX didn't get the rear e-locker, the LC did. Some LX's have a limited slip. Either went away in 2000 with the appearance of ATRAC. All have the center diff lock.
