Hey everybody.
I just got back from the Moore expo.
There was tons of vendors and I got to ask questions about some of the products I'm considering purchasing.

I know that slee off-road makes a differential guard that protects the factory actuator for the rear locker. And I was talking to the folks at the @ASFIR 4X4 booth and they said they don't make one but if there was enough interest from everybody they would consider it. Does anybody else worry about potentially damaging that actuator when you're off-roading and losing the rear locker?

I haven't worried about it. Dragged my rear diff a number of times. The only damage has been to the drain bolt protection ring.

It's easy to add material back onto it with a welder and clean it up.

The diff lock bracket I would be more concerned about in a water crossing where a rock or branch might kick up. But realistically there are many other things I'd care more about than the diff lock, like my brake lines.
