I'm replacing the soft lines throughout. This braided line is coming off the top of the rear brake t-fitting. It was zip-tied to the prior soft line, but has a mounting bracket on it. Any idea what it's for or where it should be mounted to? Perhaps its not oem to begin with? Any insight appreciated, thank you.

x2 it is the vent or breather for the rear axle, it is stock and the metal bracket should be bolted to the inside frame rail above the axle
