I am looking for a pair of swing-out lower doors for my fj40

would like them to be in pristine condition as the ones on the cruiser are fixable but have some rust thru.

Yes. Let me get to the shop and take some pics. Not sure I will be there until next week but will try to go today.

Ok. I have two different sets. One came off of my '74 FST that is pictured above. The previous owner added aftermarket incorrect hardware, and I would remove that as well as the soft top hold down rails if you wanted this set.

Regarding the 2nd set is there:

1) any rust through if so can you pinpoint the area and take clear photos enlarged of the area's

2) any dents or creases

3) what is the condition of all edges

I plan to media blast and fix any deficiencies, paint and install as new.

Just need to know with accuracy what I am starting with

Might be better for you to come down and check them out in person. I will stand 6’ away
Pictures do not always tell the story but these are in pretty good shape. I promise I won’t let you leave without them.

No rust through
No dent or creases
Edges are uniform and clean
I think they would be a god candidate for what you are looking to do.
I would recommend coming down and taking a look at them first hand, but we could also facetime and i could zoom in on video where you may have concerns. I have used this method lately and it has seemed to work well.
