Rear A/C line leak (1 Viewer)

Any help on how to fix this? Can I cut away the insulation to get a better look? It's right behind the passenger rear wheel, right above the mudflap. Nothing dripping but the insulation is wet obviously.

Ok thanks. Man I Googled too and kept focusing on rear a/c and not just a general fix for any line. I'll see what happens.
