Real Time Help..torque values and break-away

Need torque values for the front hub nuts (the two large ones) for a 1990 Toyota V-6 4wd pick-up...also what is the breakaway value (force required to turn hub) so I can set the preload on the bearings ?

Lock nut torque should be 35 Ft-Lbs

Bearing pre-load 6.4 - 12.6 lbs
