I drove my 60 to work and on the way back when I had to flip on the lights, my instrument cluster lights didn't come on. The battery, seatbelt, and bright lights all came on, but not the background of the instrument cluster. No biggie really, just curious to wacha all think. Blown fuse, bad bulb, ?

with me, it ended up being fixed by replacing the rheostat.

Tap the front of the pannel. Once in a while mine is out but if I knock on the front of the pannel it will usually come on.

:lol:Turn the knob the other direction.

Sorry my wife did that once and could not figure out what was going on:p

Ya know, ole Crazy is is probably on to somethin. Check your dimmer knob, ya knob!:grinpimp: (I've never done anything like that )

Mine dash light did that to me a little over a week ago and I just started to pull fuses to see if any were blown and bingo there was one. I replaced it and walla, My dash lights were on.. Jason

But what caused the fuse to blow in the first place?

That I don't know as of yet. It is a work in progress with it. My drivers side brake light don't work, the running light works when the head light is on until I press the brake. I might take my son and work on it a little today. Jason
