Real time battery cable help/troubleshoot (1 Viewer)

Gents,

I'm installing a pair of fourrunner's battery cables to replace the OEM ones. I'm including a picture of what I think the fusible link is on my cruiser. I have no idea if it's the original or a cobbled together aftermarket link or what.

After I hooked fourrunner's cables up I've got absolutely nothing. No lights, nada.

Is the fusible link supposed to be hooked up to the negative or positive terminal? If I remember correctly it was hooked up to my negative terminal before I made the switch but of course don't remember exactly.

Positive side. It's for ignition, among other things. Check to make sure none of the three FLs are burnt.

Thanks for the help. I didn't want to attach the link to the wrong terminal and fry it and then have another problem on my hands.
