not sure where you are.. but we have a couple spring shops in my town... i think last i checked it was around 250 bucks with me bringing them in off the truck.
 
depends on how much arc and what type of rearching (i.e. hot or cold)

if you lift it much higher than stock you need a longer main leaf so you don't invert your shackles, that adds cost.
 
My advice .. don do that, add a leaf, or buy a new spring pack, but don waste your money re arching old leaves ...

just 5 cents ..
 
A blacksmith shop did that for me. I coulda bought a set of Alcans for what they charged.
