Well Doug, actually not the whole thing but just the one that i circle it in white.Thats the prob.Do you see difference between the LC and LX grille?

yes. the inside angle/slope of the headlights are different between the LX and the LC. That's the point that causes a problem and makes the grills NOT interchangeable.
