Yeah, we sure had a LOT of low scud and some drizzle too. Just added to the "charm" of a cold day.
Actually that’s round-a-boat.
I was only in Houston once, layover on a flight to Panama. I wish they kept the door closed, it let that hot humid air in.

Pretty much looks like my daily commute with the construction going on. Limit is 55 - 24/7 for a 20 mile stretch . You have people going 55 and people going 80... It sucks.
