Ran out of fuel, trouble restarting

You need to loosen the lines going to each injector, spin the engine with the starter till fuel spits out of the loosened lines. Re tighten the lines and the truck should start. Very common to get air in the lines going to the injector when you run out of fuel. Good luck.
I'm having Trubble to I've done this and still won't Start

1-prime prime and more pump priming until you get fuel out the filter nipple, dont let air back in
2-try to fire it, if nothing
3-just loosen the lines at the injector top a bit, crank till you see fuel and retighten
4 -prime it some more, fire it
then prime some more 😆
replace your primer pump with the bosch unit if all else fails

What bj70bc said. Did you prime?

Anyway. Open all injector delivery pipes at the injector connection. Close them one at time while cranking. Then open each 1-4 until fuel pukes out while running. No owner should be afraid of this step.
If primer pump bad, old etc. replace.

And prime prime prime.
