1990 Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ80 LEFT HAND DRIVE. TURBO DIESEL 5 speed manual transmission. Factory 1HDT. 112,000 miles. Inline 6 Turbo Diesel, full time four wheel drive, center locking differential, new timing belt(12/2018), cloth interior, no air bags, no ABS, sunroof, power windows, air conditioning, new Reese hitch, rear disk brakes. Does NOT have front and rear diff lock. My daily driver since February. Driven on a 2000 mile road trip with zero problems. AC blows ice cold. Professionally imported from Spain. What do you get for mpg on the highway with the 5 speed? What's its happy cruising speed?

What do you get for mpg on the highway with the 5 speed? What's its happy cruising speed?

20/23 mpg. Maybe as high as 25mpg if you cruised at 55mph. I've never cruised over 70mph for any length of time. I think 80mph is right at 3000rpm's with 31" tires and it easily gets there and will cruise comfortably there. I will try to make a 5th gear, foot on the floor, acceleration from 65mph-80mph video tomorrow. Driving the truck everyday now.
