Hello

I've been working on reinstalling my fj62's radiator, and have a question. Do i need to take out the body panel holding in the AC condenser to fit the nuts back in to tighten down the bolts to the rad?

Thanks :)

My experience with a 60... no, you don't. I was able to loosen the condenser through the grill and pull it back just enough to put pressure on the bolts with a long screwdriver to be able to loosen the nuts.

Once I had them backed off a good ways, I could grip the bolt from the engine side with pliers.

Awkward, but it worked and I didn't have to take off any extra parts or break into the AC system.

If you can't get it with FJ60Cam's method, you can remove the condenser bolts and center support out of the way enough to get access to the bolts.
