I need to replace the radiator in my '97, is a Koyo A1918 an exact fit for my Land Cruiser? I've read threads that people use the Koyo as a replacement radiator, but someone told me last night, that "you have to make them work". So are the mounting holes, AT lines, hose inlets, etc. all in the correct place? I appreciate any help or advice from someone that has installed this radiator in their LC. Thanks for your help! I would like to order soon so I can get my LC back on the road.

Koyo's are an exact fit.

Koyo

As stated above, they are a direct bolt-in replacement. Absolutely no surprises. I have installed two to date into two different Cruisers, with-out issues. Found great pricing from a local shop in Northern Califonia, and they ship pretty much anywhere. Possibly worth getting a price.

and ask for Dan

Thanks, Rochmpr! I called and spoke to Isis at Radiator Doctor (Dan was busy) and they will have one dropped shipped this week to me. $258.60 including tax and shipping seems like a great deal. Thanks again!

Another Source

I called another company and they didn't have the radiator in stock and they said they would check around. While waiting, I saw Rochmpr's response and ordered through that company. I then got the return call from Auto Cool in Chattanooga TN. They would have shipped it to AZ for $229! Their number is 800 972-7088, ask for Tom. BTW, yesterday I got the number from Koyorad for a Tucson dealer. When I called they said not only did they not have it, but Koyorad wasn't making that model anymore and tried to sell a different brand...so much for being a Koyo retailer!I will post back with the install. Thanks everyone.

Ask for Jim. He will ship anywhere. I got dicked over by 1800 Radiator before this. Ordered a Koyo and they sent me a CSF. Here's the thread.

Auto Cool is the place to get radiators from.

Will the C1917 plug and play with a 94?

All 93-97 radiators are interchangeable.
